Happy Monday! We are actively searching for real estate paralegals, and the clients are being aggressive (in a good way). Below are UPDATES to two separate Real Estate Paralegal Positions I sent emails about recently.
The Brickell Position: Top Salary Increased
Major Law Firm Client in Miami. They need someone with 10+ years of experience as a paralegal handling commercial real estate transactions: closings, title, survey, purchase and sale agreements, finance, collateral documents, etc. Base Salary now wide open: They will consider $140,000 (!!!). Plus excellent bonuses, Platinum benefits package, and a hybrid home/office work schedule.
The Remote Position: Now Fully Remote
Boutique Law Firm. They need someone with 5+ years of experience as a paralegal handling commercial real estate transactions. They are now open to fully remote work. Base Salary up to $100,000 plus bonus and benefits.
