I'd appreciate your help with a search I'm handling for an HR Generalist with a well-established law firm in Coral Gables, FL. This is a full-time, in-office position offering a base salary up to $90K.
The position is a mix of talent acquisition and general HR, including recruiting legal professionals, onboarding, employee relations, benefits/payroll administration, and ensuring HR compliance. They're looking for someone with at least three years of progressive HR experience who thrives in a fast-moving environment. Prior law firm recruiting experience is a plus.
