• Receive and review all invoices
• Enter invoices on to excel reports
• Receive and review all AIA construction documents
• Review all billing with Project Manager
• Responsible for reviewing the contracts and purchase orders to ensure we are within budget
• Organizing and constructing an AIA document for multimillion dollar projects
• Must be excel proficient
• Construction background a plus but not required
