One of the world's top luxury yacht companies needs an Executive Assistant supporting their Executive over US operations.
This person must have high-level executive assistant experience. This is a dynamic role that demands exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to handle everything from executive level support to day-to-day tasks. Experience dealing with high-net-worth clients, the ability to speak a second language (especially Italian), and experience using Salesforce would all be plusses.
This position will pay a base salary up to $100K and comes with fully paid benefits, a bonus, and other perks. This is an in-office position in a gorgeous office in Fort Lauderdale, and the role will involve some international travel to beautiful locations, mostly in Europe.
