I need your help! I need to find an IN-HOUSE CORPORATE PARALEGAL with at least 6 years of experience in a large law firm and/or a large corporation handling traditional corporate paralegal duties.
This is, flat out, one of the best companies to work for in South Florida. The company has extremely low turnover and, as a result, they do very little hiring. The environment s amazing, very friendly, but also very professional. The folks there—including senior management—are hardworking but very respectful. The offices are beautiful and centrally located far enough away from Miami’s heaviest traffic centers that commuting from anywhere in Miami is easy (and maybe even from Broward). The hours are reasonable, standard business hours with very little overtime expected. And the compensation package is stellar!
This position pays a base salary of $90,000 to $100,000 plus a performance-based bonus of up to 10%.
On top of that, the incredible benefits package includes health, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and a matching 401K more generous than any I have ever seen, not to mention perks like free parking, an on-campus fitness center, and even a modest tuition reimbursement for continuing education.
This is a 4/1 in-office/remote position, allowing people to work from home 1 day per week.
