Reminder: Please let me know.

Hi Esther,

Just wanted to quickly touch base with you regarding your Employee Retention Tax Credit.

Some reminders:

  • This is not a loan. It is a tax incentive regulated by the IRS.
  • It is for W2 employees you retained in 2020 and 2021.
  • If you received a PPP loan, that does not disqualify you.
  • The max benefit amount per employee in 2020 is $5,000 for 2021 it is $21,000.
  • These funds do not need to be paid back.

Since inception of the ERTC Program, there have been many changes. In fact, we have helped several others who, at first did not qualify, but with the changes, they now do.

Heritage Consulting knows all of the 14k+ mandates and IRS codes to help a company determine eligibility.

I've not seen your details yet, Esther, and wanted to reach back out.

If you are not interested, please go ahead and unsubscribe for future messages. I don't want to bother you.

If you are interested, visit www.erc-facts.org and submit the questionnaire to our office for review. Once I have that on hand, I will look over and forward to our CPA. If it looks like you qualify, we can schedule a call to discuss the specifics and documentation needed to claim your refund that comes to you in a form of a check from the IRS.

Thanks, Esther. I hope we can help out!

Sincerely,

Paul Schween
