Property Manager / Lease Administrator

Position Summary

The Property Manager / Lease Administrator is responsible for managing a portfolio of leased properties occupied by sub tenants. This role supports lease administration, landlord relations, occupancy costs, facility coordination, financial compliance, and operational performance across the real estate portfolio. The position serves as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders, landlords, property management firms, and external service providers to ensure lease obligations are met, operating expenses are controlled, and facilities support business objectives.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Property Management, Facilities Management, or related field preferred.

Experience

• 5+ years of commercial property management, lease administration, corporate real estate, or related experience.
• Experience managing leased properties on behalf of a tenant/occupier organization preferred.
• Experience reviewing and interpreting commercial lease agreements.
• Knowledge of CAM reconciliations, budgeting, and occupancy cost management.

Preferred Certifications

• Certified Property Manager (CPM)
• Facility Management Professional (FMP)
• Yardi

 2.Tenant Manager

Position Summary

The Tenant Manager will be the primary contact for the tenant asset/ management and field teams, responsible for tenant relationships and lease obligations. Working closely with the Leasing, Lease Administration, Property. Facilities and Construction teams, as well as third party IFM and construction management providers across a portfolio of approximately 450+ owned and subleased locations.  

 Experience

• Commercial retail tenant management and relations
• Lease administration and financial management
• Safety and compliance, property inspections, incident management, maintenance coordination
• Min 3- 5years in Tenant coordination, property management or comparable role in commercial real estate

Education
Bachelor’s Degree - Property / Tenant Management, Facility Management, Architecture, Real Estate 

• Certified Property Manager (CPM)
• Certified Facility Manager (CFM)
• Yardi
