Controller - Fund Operations
I'm working directly with the Chief Executive of an established and successful Private Equity group in Boca Raton. This group has a significant focus on Real Estate. Because of a new group they are creating, they are looking to hire a Controller, with experience at a national CPA firm, who has some combination of Private Equity and/or Real Estate and/or Fund Accounting experience.
They can hire someone early in their career and pay them a base salary in the mid-100s with a generous bonus or they can hire someone with more experience and pay them a base salary in the upper 100s and an even larger bonus.
They are open to paying to relocate someone who wants to live & work in the Boca Raton area. This cannot be a fully remote position. This will start off going in the office every day, work its way to only four days a week, and likely end up only going in the office three days a week.
