I need a Controller for a high-end boutique law firm in Miami. The firm specializes in tax, trust, estate planning, and wealth management for high and ultra-high net worth clients, including a number of family offices.
This position will report directly to the name partner and manage all accounting and financial matters for the firm including controls, policies & procedures, general ledger, A/P, A/R and payroll, budgeting/forecasting, trust accounting, and interfacing with outside CPAs.
Candidate must have at least 7 years of law firm accounting experience and strong trust accounting experience. Experience working with high net worth clients and/or experience in a family office setting a strong plus.
The base salary for this position is up to $150,000 (possibly more) plus excellent benefits and a fantastic working environment. Hybrid office/home work schedule may also be available after an initial period.
