Is there a Statute of Limitations on Your ERC Claim?

The statute of limitations for the 2020 ERC does not close until April 15, 2024.

For 2021, it does not close until April 15, 2025.

If your business qualifies for all quarters, you could receive as much as a $26,000 refund per employee from the IRS.

The Employee Retention Credit (ERTC) is a tax credit created by the U.S. government to encourage smaller businesses to retain employees during COVID-19 shutdowns and slowdowns. It is not a loan. This means that you do not have to pay the money back to the government, unlike other relief programs.

Navigating the tax credit process can be overwhelming. Visit www.erc-facts.org to view details, and to see if you’d like us to help, Esther!
