The Litigation Legal Secretary Job Roles and Responsibilities:
• State and Federal e-filing
• Maintaining the calendar for all ongoing cases
• Schedule and prepare files for depositions, motions, hearings and trial
• Draft and file notices
• Respond to pleadings
• Monitor and track ongoing litigation
Qualifications:
• Must have experience in Federal and State e-filing
• Knowledge of the Federal and Florida Rules of Civil Procedure
• Excellent verbal and written skills in both English and Spanish
• Ability to work with fluctuating priorities and deadlines
• Ability to take direction
